
Vince Belperio - General Manager
Vince commenced his apprenticeship in 1993 with the Engineering and Water Supply of South Australia before transferring to Heavymech Pty Ltd in 1996. Vince is 32 years of age and has been the General Manager since March 2009, having previously occupied the role of Operations Manager.
Vince is a very capable, hard working and driven young man and is part of the long term future of this business.

Dino Talavanic - Commercial Manager
Dino is the Commercial Manager of HeavyMech and has experience in undertaking mergers and acquisitions, sales and divestments, business valuations, due diligence investigations, financial modelling, corporate restructures, debt and equity procurement, and business and strategic planning.
Prior to joining the E&A Limited group of companies, Dino worked for a major second tier accounting and business advisory firm based in Adelaide, working in their Corporate Finance and Business Services lines for over 5 years gaining considerable experience in a wide array of business management and commercial issues across the industrial, retail, hospitality and government sectors.
Dino is a Chartered Accountant, Senior Associate of FINSIA and has a Bachelor of Commerce from the University of Adelaide.

Ashley Hitch - Workshop Manager
Ashley completed his apprenticeship at Heavymech and has worked at Heavymech for 11 years. He currently occupies the posisiton of Workshop Manager and has done so since 2008. Prior to this he occupied the role as Estimator at Heavymech Pty Ltd. He has shown excellent leadership characteristics and further improvement in his development is expected in the years ahead. He is also a part of the long term management of the Heavymech business.

Tim Kramer - Senior Estimator
Tim Kramer completed his apprenticeship as a Fitter and Turner in 1968 and furthered studies in the completion of a Diploma in Mechanical Draughting. His extensive knowledge of the industry comes from working in Diemaking and Presstools, as a Production Machinist and as a fitter in both Steam and Hydro Power Stations in Australia and overseas. In 1971 Tim was employed as a fitter at Heavymech and throughout his past 37 years at Heavymech Tim’s career quickly progressed as he was promoted in many positions including QA Manager, Works Manager and in 1998 was appointed as General Manager. In June 2007 Tim relinquished his position as General Manager and is currently a vital member of the Heavymech team as Senior Estimator.
Collectively, these four employees are highly skilled and very professional in their delivery and quality standards.
